Houston Texans wide receiver is unlikely to play in today’s Wild Card game against the Buffalo Bills, reports Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle. Fuller has been dealing with a groin injury suffered in Week 16 and he is still suffering from “muscle tightness”.
Wilson further suggests that the MRI scan of Fuller suggested the injury was a three-week recovery window, so him playing in this game has always been a long shot for the Texans.
Kenny Stills is the next man up in the rotation, and he can be dangerous, but he hasn’t been as effective for Houston as the speedy Fuller.
