The Buffalo Bills poached their newly appointed general manager Brandon Beane from the Carolina Panthers, just as they did with head coach Sean McDermott, who surely must have had some influence in the hiring of Beane. This along with the familiarity among the two men, as well as all the sweeping changes that have come in the short time that McDermott has been in Buffalo, people are sure to question whether it’s the Bills head coach that is really in charge at One Bills Drive. That remains to be seen, as apparently, the Bills are set to publicly declare that Beane will be in charge of the team’s final roster, reports NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
