Buffalo Bills national scout Marvin Allen will be taking his talents to South Beach as the new assistant general manager of the Miami Dolphins, according to a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter. He’ll be joining a front office headed by Chris Grier, whom he knows well, following the reassignment of Executive Vice President Mike Tannenbaum after the 2018 season.
The hiring is of particular interest because of Buffalo’s current assistant GM, Joe Schoen, who was the director of player personnel for the Dolphins before Buffalo hired him away in 2017.
