This potential move is reportedly being blocked by the Broncos, who are waiting to see if the team’s new head coach would like to retain any members of Vance Joseph’s staff.
Bills fans may be familiar with Kugler’s name, as he worked on the staff in Buffalo from 2007-2009. During that time, Kugler was credited with helping the development of Jason Peters, the future Hall of Fame left tackle.
