A report from WFFA, an ABC affiliate from Dallas, Texas, indicates that Buffalo Bills linebacker/EDGE Von Miller is being accused of domestic violence. A warrant for his arrest has been issued for assaulting a pregnant person. The charge is a third-degree felony in Texas.
WFAA reports that police were called for a “major disturbance” in the Uptown area of Dallas at approximately 11 am local time Wednesday morning . Officers indicated that Miller and the alleged victim were engaged in an argument at the time the assault reportedly took place. Miller was not on scene when officers responded.
