This is the first time that Bills owner and CEO Terry Pegula has seen GM Brandon Beane and head coach Sean McDermott prepare together for an upcoming draft. Beane wasn’t hired until last May, but on their current track to the 2018 NFL draft, Pegula could not be more pleased.
“The most impressive thing that we accomplished is (Beane) and (McDermott) are joined at the hip and at the head,” said Pegula of his GM and head coach. “They think alike. They’re thorough people. They can make instantaneous decisions, like a coach has to during a game, but they also have to think stuff out to the point where you’re like, ‘Wow these guys are very thorough.
