Pa. attorney general to review McCoy decision

The Pennsylvania attorney general's office will review Philadelphia district attorney Seth Williams' decision earlier this month not to charge Buffalo Bills star running back LeSean McCoy for his alleged involvement in a Feb. 7 bar fight that left two off-duty Philadelphia police officers injured.

Pennsylvania solicitor general Bruce Castor told CBS 3 in Philadelphia that McCoy and anybody else involved in the bar fight are "not totally cleared" of possible charges. Castor was hired to his newly created position last month by attorney general Kathleen Kane, who had her law license suspended last year as she faces criminal charges.
