Saturday was a pretty good day if you're a fan of competitive, entertaining NFL playoff football. The New England Patriots held off a late surge from the Kansas City Chiefs to advance to the AFC championship game, winning 27-20, and then in the night cap, the Arizona Cardinals knocked off the Green Bay Packers in overtime, 26-20, in a game that we'll all be talking about for years to come.
The Patriots and the Cardinals await their conference championship game opponents; those will be decided by today's two games. Both matchups have the potential to continue to provide excellent entertainment value.
