On Monday, the NFL released it’s schedule for every team’s offseason workout schedule, totaling nine weeks of workouts, over three separate phases.
The Buffalo Bills will start their first phase, two weeks of strength and conditioning drills, on April 16.
The second phase of the offseason program runs two days a week for four weeks. During this phase, the team is allowed individual and team drills on a “separates basis”, meaning no offense vs. defense drills. There is also no hitting allowed in this phase.
The third and final phase of the offseason workout program are Organized Team Activities, or OTAs.
