w NFL head coach. It’s been the focus for Bills coach Sean McDermott for the better part of the last two weeks and so far, so good. Ex-NFL GM Mark Dominik, now an ESPN football analyst, believes McDermott has assembled a quality staff, particularly at offensive and defensive coordinator.
“I think the good thing he’s got is he has guys who have been the head of their department,” said Dominik. “(Rick) Dennison has run that offensive department for so long and it’s very natural for him.
