Buffalo Bills linebacker Manny Lawson has finally spoken to the media for the first time since it was revealed that he was charged in 2014 for misdemeanor disorderly conduct/domestic violence.
"[It was] disorderly conduct, domestic because it happened at home," Lawson told the media at One Bills Drive, via Mike Rodak at ESPN. "No physical violence. I'm being investigated and we'll see what the NFL has to say about it."
Earlier this month, it was reported that the NFL was investigating Lawson for a violation of the league’s conduct policy. At the time, Lawson’s agent vehemently denied Lawson was involved with domestic violence and it seems both player and agent are making sure everyone knows he didn’t strike his wife.
