The ex-girlfriend of Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy has filed a personal injury lawsuit against McCoy and his former Pitt teammate, Tamarcus Porter, in Fulton County, Georgia. The documents were filed on Friday and relate to the July 10th home invasion robbery where she was assaulted.
Part of the damages filed is $133,000 worth of jewelry that was taken in the robbery on McCoy’s property.
The lawsuit alleges McCoy changed the security system codes in the house he owned where she resided and “intentionally permitted a hazardous condition to exist on the premises.
