The NFL won't suspend Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy following his involvement in an altercation at a Philadelphia nightclub, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo, citing a league spokesman.
NFL Media's Ian Rapoport initially reported in April that discipline was unlikely.
Philadelphia police began investigating McCoy on possible assault charges in February for allegedly striking two off-duty police officers. Citing the police report from the incident, Philly.com's David Gambacorta and Dana DiFilippo reported one of McCoy's friends, Tamarcus Porter, attempted to take a bottle of champagne from one of the off-duty officers, which sparked a brawl.
