Head coach Rex Ryan noted Monday that Williams "was in a lot of pain" when he woke up Monday morning, per Rodak, though the nature of Williams' ailment wasn't revealed.
Williams came into Bills' camp in a battle to make a name for himself amid a stacked group of running backs, with LeSean McCoy, Fred Jackson, Anthony Dixon and Bryce Brown on the roster.
