It’s been a turbulent 48-hours for the former Bills running back.
After the Buffalo Bills (somewhat) surprisingly cut Karlos Williams before the team’s second preseason game of the summer on Saturday, the second-year running back was subject to waivers.
Every team had a 24-hour window to claim him, and the club with the worst record would have been awarded the 2015 fifth-round pick.
However, not one team even put in a claim, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network:
Former #Bills RB Karlos Williams, waived yesterday, went unclaimed today, source said.
