The Buffalo Bills were back home for Week 7 and hopes were high that the offense, showcasing their new receiver Amari Cooper, would put on a show as they hosted the 1-4 Tennessee Titans. It looked like the Bills coaches were on the same page as fans as they won the toss and elected to receive to get the offense off and running right from the start.
But that’s not even close to how the game started. Instead the Bills came out running James Cook straight at the Titans. After sitting out last week with a toe injury, Cook grabbed 9 quick yards on two runs, but then the Bills chose to abandon the run game and Amari Cooper dropped a Josh Allen third-and-one pass and the tone for the first half of the game was set.
