Josh Allen signs new NFL-record contract with Buffalo Bills

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has agreed to a new, NFL-record six-year, $330 million contract that includes $250 million guaranteed, per ESPN senior NFL insider Adam Schefter. The new deal keeps Allen playing quarterback for the Bills through the 2030 NFL season.

Prior to Sunday’s news, Allen had four years remaining on his old contract — with a $44 million cap hit set to hit for the 2025 NFL season. Bills beat reporter Sal Capaccio is reporting that it’s a new contract for Allen, not simply an extension.

News of Allen signing a new deal has been anticipated for some time, and with him winning 2024 AP NFL MVP in February, the timing couldn’t be more perfect.
