Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has been named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week on the heels of the Bills’ Week 15 road win over the Detroit Lions. It’s the third such honor given Allen this season — the man voted among his peers as the most overrated in the NFL.
Allen’s Motor City effort saw him finish 23-of-34 for 362 yards with two touchdown passes; adding 11 rushes for 68 yards and two more touchdowns. It was a tremendous follow-up on the heels of a historic performance in a loss at the Los Angeles Rams in Week 14 where Allen scored six total touchdowns, including three passing and three rushing.
