Jordan Phillips and the Buffalo Bills are in contract negotiations, according to Phillips himself. He spoke with reporters in an interview that was published by The Buffalo News as part of locker clean-out day on Monday.
“We’ve already been in negotiations,” Phillips said. “We’ve been keeping it under wraps.”
The Buffalo Bills claimed Phillips after the Miami Dolphins waived him on October 3rd. Over the remaining 12 games of the season, Phillips was an active backup defensive tackle each week, averaging 36 percent of snaps per game.
