Three days after being waived, IK Enemkpali is returning to the Buffalo Bills as a member of their practice squad.
Enemkpali, who drew national attention last month for punching New York Jets quarterback Geno Smith and breaking his jaw, had other options but chose to return to the Bills, the report stated.
