The Houston Texans are going to activate defensive end J.J. Watt from injured reserve so he can play against the Buffalo Bills this weekend according to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle.
Watt was injured just over two months ago with a pectoral injury, which usually takes three months to be fully healed. This week, Watt noted that the worst thing that could happen is he re-injures it and it resets his recovery time back to Day 1. That would mean he’s healthy for all the offseason workouts, so it doesn’t bother him to rush back.
