Buffalo has had a host of running backs waiting in the wings this season. From Boobie Dixon to Cierre Wood to Boom Herron, the Bills player personnel department has had to call up the reserves more than once this season. Their best addition however, has been their newest back on the roster.
Running back Mike Gillislee, who was signed after the Bills released Herron to make room for other positional needs on the roster, has been a revelation in the four games in which he has appeared for Buffalo.
His very first carry for Buffalo was a 30-yard run down the right sideline in the win over Houston in Week 13.
