With multiple reports stating that AJ McCarron broke his collarbone against the Cleveland Browns on Friday night, the Buffalo Bills may be in the market for a free agent quarterback. Chances are that McCarron could return this season, but the Bills will likely want a third quarterback for the remainder of the preseason.
If the Bills choose to start the regular season with two healthy quarterbacks, it would make sense to add another arm to help them navigate the remainder of the preseason.
