As the New York Jets turn back to former Buffalo Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick to start in place of an injured Bryce Petty, the Bills will be turning back to failed 2013 first-rounder EJ Manuel to start over Tyrod Taylor. The move, sources told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter, is a business decision because Taylor would be guaranteed about $30 million next season if he suffers a serious injury.
