PITTSFORD, N.Y. -- For the second time this preseason, Buffalo Bills quarterback EJ Manuel will lead the third-team offense when the Bills travel to play the Cleveland Browns on Thursday night.
Manuel led the Bills' third team in practice last week and in last Friday's preseason opener before again taking third-team reps in practice Sunday.
