The evaluation process for draft prospects is always in full swing for teams behind the scenes, but what truly marks the beginning of draft season are all-star bowl games, starting with today’s East-West Shrine Game and NFLPA Collegiate Bowl. If you’re looking for some draft diamonds-in-the-rough, these are the games where you’ll notice them.
