Buffalo Bills fans of a certain age will no doubt remember watching their team head to four straight Super Bowls and all the great games the team played during that run. The man who relayed all the information to viewers during that time, NBC play-by-play man Dick Enberg, passed away at age 82 on Thursday.
As the top announcer on NBC, which at the time held the rights to broadcast AFC games, Enberg called many regular season Bills games during the 1980s and 1990s if he didn’t have other commitments hosting Olympic, tennis, or other coverage for the network.
