I know. This isn’t the ideal time for Buffalo Bills penalty talk. Over a month ago was when I was doing the rest of that work and before free agency, ramp-up to the draft, etc. Non-football things have created some chaos for me and this article got left by the wayside.
Sure, only about three of you were interested in the first place, but here were a few penalty odds and ends I wanted to put out there from last season.
