Colt Anderson activated from injured reserve, returns to practice

The Buffalo Bills added another player to practice today, as safety Colt Anderson returned to practice for the first time since breaking his arm in Buffalo’s Week four victory over the Atlanta Falcons.

Prior to his injury, Anderson played between 54% and 69% of the Bills’ total special teams snaps in the team’s first three games. He broke his forearm on his first special teams snap of the game against Atlanta.

While there is no word as to whether or not he will be activated prior to the game against the New England Patriots, if he has a solid week of practice, his activation could help to solidify a special teams unit that has also lost Taiwan Jones to a broken arm in recent weeks.
