The Wonderlic was originally created in 1936 by E. F. Wonderlic. The Wonderlic Personnel Test was the first short-form cognitive abilities test in the areas of math, vocabulary, and reasoning. It’s a popular group-intelligence test used to assess the aptitude of prospective employees and applicants for learning and problem-solving in a range of occupations. The Wonderlic is available in 12 different languages and is often used in college, entry level jobs, and team-making efforts.
