As if the Buffalo Bills’ list of injured players wasn't already long enough, one more skill player exited early on their last offensive drive.
Tight end Charles Clay went down with an injury to his right shoulder while attempting to make a catch. Clay was covered going up the sideline, and Tyrod Taylor put the ball in a spot where only his receiver could catch it. Unfortunately, the ball slipped through Clay’s arms, and all of his body weight transferred to his shoulder. He did not go to the locker room right away, but he eventually went to the locker room before halftime.
