As expected by many, the Buffalo Bills announced that they hired Brandon Beane as the franchise’s General Manager on Tuesday. Beane will become the 13th General Manager in the teams history.
Beane comes over from Carolina where he served as the Panthers assistant GM for the past two seasons, but he has been with the Panthers since he entered the NFL in 1999. Beane was also interviewed this offseason for a different GM vacancy, before the 49ers hired John Lynch.
McDermott continues to put his stamp on the Buffalo Bills‘ organization. The Pegulas have clearly put their full boat of confidence in Sean McDermott and are bringing in everyone he asks.
