The Buffalo Bills declared three players out for this week’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, but they subsequently placed one of those three players on injured reserve. Guard Jon Feliciano, who was declared out thanks to a calf injury, is that player, so while we know he isn’t playing today, we also know that he doesn’t count against the team’s inactive list.
Buffalo is down two other starters, as well, as tackle Spencer Brown (back) and tight end Dawson Knox (hand) are both out. That means that the Bills have two known entities among their inactives prior to the 11:30 deadline.
