After being shut out of NFL Network’s Top 100 players of 2019, the Buffalo Bills had one player sneak in on ESPN’s list that predicted the Top 100 players for the upcoming season. The list was compiled by a group of 40 ESPN NFL experts who were asked to rate players based more on their potential than their past achievements.
