- Sloppy penalties lead to threat: Head coach Rex Ryan says if the Bills have more pre-snap penalties at the next practice, he's going to send players to run laps. Matthew Faiburn had the number pegged at seven pre-snap penalties for the offense alone and it was the number one bullet point in his observations.
