As the Buffalo Bills now primed for an AFC East Championship for the first time in two decades, Brandon Beane’s three-year process is coming to fruition with the overhauling of the team’s offense.
Before Brandon Beane joined the Bills organization in 2017, the team was stuck in a never-ending cycle of mediocrity. Under then GM Dough Whaley, who served for seven years, the Bills finished fourth in the AFC East for three years in a row from 2010-13, second place in 2014 and back-to-back third-place finishing in 2015-16.
Whaley simply could not turn the tide in Buffalo after losing season, after losing season saw his era end and Brandon Beane’s begin.
