The Buffalo Bills have decisions to make on tendering offers to restricted free agents by 4:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday. They made decisions on three of those players on Monday afternoon, securing the negotiating rights to defensive lineman Corbin Bryant, wide receiver Chris Hogan, and offensive tackle Jordan Mills.
Four more restricted free agents - tight end MarQueis Gray, defensive lineman Stefan Charles, linebacker Ty Powell, and safety Bacarri Rambo - remain untendered with the start of the new league year quickly approaching.
