Over the weekend, the Buffalo Bills signed D’haquille “Duke” Williams according to TSN. The Edmonton Eskimos released him so he could pursue opportunities in the NFL, according to the report. This will be Williams’s second attempt at making an NFL roster, after signing as an undrafted free agent with the Los Angeles Rams in 2016.
Williams was one of the top junior college recruits and eventually made his way to Auburn University. He spent a season and a half with the team before being dismissed for an incident he was involved in at a bar.
