The Buffalo Bills have signed former Tampa Bay Buccaneers safety Dee Delaney to a one-year deal. As a result of Delaney’s signing Thursday morning, wide receiver Quintez Cephus — who signed with the Bills one day after the draft — was subsequently released.
This move signals the continued efforts by One Bills Drive to improve every corner of their roster as the offseason evolves.
