Buffalo Bills sign linebacker Gerald Hodges

Gerald Hodges is the newest member of the Buffalo Bills. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported the news on Thursday after Sean McDermott hinted at the signing when he met with the media in the morning.

The 6’1”, 243-pound linebacker has a tie to defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier, as he was a rookie in 2013 with the Vikings during Frazier’s final season as head coach in Minnesota. He was a fifth-round pick that year.

Hodges, 26, played his first two full seasons with the Vikings, and he totaled 70 tackles, seven pass breakups, and one interception over 25 games and seven starts.
