The Buffalo Bills announced that they have come to terms with former Cleveland Browns defensive back Jordan Poyer.
Poyer, 25, was a seventh-round pick by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2013. He was waived by the Eagles mid-season and claimed by the Browns, where he had been playing since.
Poyer has played in 48 NFL games, amassing 116 tackles (88 solo) and two interceptions. He’s started 10 games in the last two seasons, including all six he played in for Cleveland last year before a lacerated kidney ended his season in Week 6.
