The Buffalo Bills announced on Wednesday that they have signed veteran cornerback Javier Arenas to a reserve/future deal.
Arenas, 28, was a second-round pick of the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2010 NFL Draft. He has spent five years in the NFL, playing in Kansas City for the first three, then spending 2013 and 2014 with the Arizona Cardinals and the Atlanta Falcons, respectively.
Last year, Arenas latched on with the New York Jets during training camp, but ultimately did not make the team.
