Safety Mike Edwards, who joined the Buffalo Bills this offseason after winning Super Bowl LVIII with the Kansas City Chiefs, says that he’ll be ready for Week 1.
“Yeah, for sure,” Edwards, who has missed all of preseason with a hamstring injury and said that as tough as it was to be sidelined, he knew from experience that he couldn’t rush the road back, answered about his availability to play in two weeks.
The 28-year-old safety suffered a hamstring injury just days after the start of training camp and has been on the sideline for a month.
