In a season full of records, another pair of Buffalo Bills single-season marks fell on Sunday. Rookie kicker Tyler Bass set the Bills’ single-season high for points in a season with 141 points. That total surpassed franchise legend Steve Christie, who scored 140 points in 1998. Bass also surpassed Scott Norwood as the single-season leader in made PATs. He converted 57 this season, one more than Norwood made in 1991.
Bass started his rookie year slowly, as he missed five field goals and an extra point in the Bills’ first seven games. He missed two of those field goals in his debut, a 27-17 victory over the New York Jets in Week One.
