On Tuesday, the Buffalo Bills announced the release of second-year safety Trae Elston and veteran linebacker Jelani Jenkins. The two players still have not been replaced on the roster, so the Bills now sit two men short of 53. We expect corresponding roster moves today.
Elston had been with the Bills since training camp and earned a spot on the roster, he had played in both of the team’s games and contributed on special teams.
Jenkins is a former fourth-round pick of the Miami Dolphins in 2013. He was brought in to bring depth to the linbacker corps.
