The Buffalo Bills aren’t off to a franchise-changing start to free agency in 2018. And that is just fine.
The Bills are a team looking to build through the draft, while also adding complementary pieces through free agency to improve a team that made it to the postseason last season.

I have to agree with this grade, because the Bills didn’t have that one move that stands out as amazing.
