Buffalo Bills wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling was tackled by a trio of Pittsburgh Steelers in Buffalo’s 9-3 road win Saturday evening, and the play left the 29-year-old veteran on the field for far longer than anyone in the Bills’ organization would like to see.
However, just a day later reports look favorable for Valdes-Scantling to make a return sooner rather than later. Despite needing assistance to walk off the field and a cart to transport him to the locker room as the game clock ticked down to halftime, it looks as if things aren’t as grim as they could be.
