The Buffalo Bills fired the offensive line coach, wide receivers coach, and special teams coach almost two weeks ago. In the intervening time, position coaches have shuffled throughout the NFL but none have landed in Buffalo. Let’s recap a bit of what’s happening, even though there isn’t much movement in actuality.
Former Denver Broncos o-line coach Sean Kugler was the big name to watch here. Buffalo requested a chance to interview him when he was still under contract in Denver but that was denied. Then he was reportedly heading to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and his old coaching pal Bruce Arians, but that fell through.
