The Bills retain the speedster's rights, but he won't count against the roster unless he shows up for work
Dri Archer, the former Kent State and Pittsburgh Steelers return man and running back claimed on waivers by the Buffalo Bills last week, was given a Reserve/Did Not Report designation by the team on Wednesday.

Functionally, that means that Archer - who clearly did not report to the team after the Bills claimed his rights - is now off of the Bills' active roster, though they still retain his rights.
