Buffalo Bills offensive guard Alec Anderson was taken by ambulance to a local hospital after suffering a heat-related health issue during Tuesday’s training camp practice. It was yet another very warm day of practice for the team, with players taking the field at 9:45 am for their third consecutive day of practice.
As reported by the Associated Press, Anderson “appeared to have difficulty getting up after the team’s post-practice stretching period.” Today’s session, which lasted just over two hours, was not a fully padded session — a change up from Monday’s first practice in full pads.
